Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to Easyparser App Store, including public listings, developer services, hosted review sessions, hosted payment sessions, and related marketplace features. By using the App Store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.
Additional App Publisher Terms apply when you publish, integrate, monetize, or request payouts for an app. The Payment and Payout Policy explains the current payment workflow. If there is a conflict, a feature-specific policy applies to that feature.
2. Marketplace role
Easyparser App Store is a moderated marketplace and developer integration platform. Public listings can be created by independent developers. A listing review helps assess marketplace eligibility and clarity. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of an app's security, quality, availability, legality, or suitability for a particular purpose.
The independent developer remains responsible for its app, support, product terms, privacy practices, prices, destination experience, and customer commitments. Review the listing and the developer's own information before sharing data, buying a plan, or relying on an app.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Visitors can browse public listings without an Easyparser account. Developer services use the main Easyparser account system. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact, billing, verification, and payout information accurate.
Some services, including publishing, payments, and payouts, require approval, verification, and feature-specific eligibility. Access can vary by product status, environment, risk controls, country, payment provider, or legal requirements.
4. Listings, reviews, and content
Developers submit listing versions for review before they become public. We may approve, reject, restrict, remove, or request changes to content when needed to operate the marketplace, protect users, enforce policies, or meet applicable requirements.
Reviews created through hosted review sessions can be moderated before public display. Do not post or encourage false, manipulated, abusive, unlawful, or irrelevant content. Approved LIVE reviews may appear on an app listing and contribute to its public rating.
5. Hosted payments and payouts
Payment sessions are created by a developer's backend with a valid App Store API key. Customers complete tokenized checkout sessions hosted by Easyparser and powered by its payment provider. Developers must use signed payment webhooks as the server-side source of payment status.
Successful LIVE payment earnings are held before they can become available for payout. Eligibility can require payment activation, identity verification, a verified bank account, a minimum balance, and compliance review. Payouts are developer-requested and processed through the platform workflow, not automatically on a fixed schedule.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the marketplace, publish malicious or deceptive software, infringe rights, bypass security, manipulate reviews, or use payment or payout features fraudulently.
You retain ownership of content and software that you lawfully provide. You give Easyparser the limited rights needed to operate, display, cache, distribute, and promote a public listing while it is available through the marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to provide all submitted content.
7. Service availability and third parties
We work to operate the App Store reliably, but features may change, be unavailable, or be restricted for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. The marketplace and independent apps are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some features depend on third-party services, including payment, identity verification, hosting, and payout providers. Their services and terms may apply to the relevant transaction or workflow. Easyparser is not responsible for the availability or performance of an independent developer's app or third-party service.
8. Changes, suspension, and contact
We may update these terms or restrict access where reasonably necessary to operate the App Store, protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce our policies. The date above identifies the current version.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
