App Publisher Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These App Publisher Terms apply when you create a developer profile, submit a listing, publish an app, use App Store integrations, or request payments or payouts through Easyparser App Store. They supplement the App Store Terms of Service and the Payment and Payout Policy.

If you act for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. You must keep your developer profile, contact details, tax details, and payout information accurate and current.

2. Developer role and customer relationship

You remain the independent provider of your app. You are responsible for its functionality, security, availability, support, documentation, pricing, customer promises, privacy disclosures, and compliance with laws that apply to your product and customers.

Easyparser operates the marketplace, hosted review and payment sessions, and related developer workflows. Unless we state otherwise for a specific service, Easyparser does not become the developer of your app or assume responsibility for its product-specific obligations.

3. Listings and review

Your listing must be accurate, current, and clear about what the app does, who it is for, its pricing, material limitations, destination URL, and any data or permissions it requires. You may publish only content, names, logos, screenshots, and software that you own or have the rights to use.

Each submitted listing version can be reviewed before public display. Easyparser may approve, reject, restrict, remove, or request changes to a listing when it does not meet marketplace requirements, creates risk, is misleading, or breaches these terms or applicable law. A review decision does not certify that an app is safe, reliable, compliant, or suitable for every use case.

4. Your app, users, and data

You must maintain a working destination experience and respond appropriately to product issues. You must provide users with any product terms, privacy notices, support process, and permissions information that your app requires.

If you process personal data through your app or receive information through an Easyparser integration, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, appropriate notices, and suitable security measures. Do not request or use more information than your app needs for the stated purpose.

5. Your intellectual property and marketplace license

You retain ownership of your app, source code, documentation, and listing content. To operate and promote the marketplace, you grant Easyparser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, cache, and promote your listing and related public materials for as long as they are available through the App Store.

You may not copy another developer's software, listing content, reviews, brand, or documentation, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist. You are responsible for resolving claims relating to your app or listing content.

6. Reviews and marketplace integrity

Review sessions are created by your backend for relevant users. You may ask for honest feedback, but you may not offer incentives for positive reviews, submit fabricated reviews, manipulate ratings, or attempt to bypass moderation.

Submitted reviews may be moderated before public display. Easyparser may reject, hide, or remove review content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, or inconsistent with marketplace rules.

7. Payments, earnings, and payouts

Payment integrations require an approved app, payment activation, a secure server-side implementation, and separate TEST and LIVE configuration. Use your App Store API key only on your backend and handle payment lifecycle events through your configured return URL and signed webhooks.

The platform collects customer payments through its hosted checkout. Successful LIVE payments create developer earnings subject to the applicable commission, taxes, holds, refunds, disputes, adjustments, verification, and payout requirements. The current operational terms are described in the Payment and Payout Policy.

8. Tax, verification, and compliance

You are responsible for your own tax, reporting, regulatory, and legal obligations. Payout availability can require payment activation, identity verification, a verified bank account, accurate recipient details, and a minimum withdrawable balance. Verification and payout requirements may be updated when needed for security, financial, or legal compliance.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or end access to a listing, integration, payment feature, or developer profile when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the marketplace, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Amounts that are eligible for payout remain subject to holds, verification, adjustment, and review requirements.

We may update these Publisher Terms as the marketplace evolves. The date above shows the current version. Continued use of developer services after an update takes effect means that you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
