Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects App Store visitors, developers, customers, and the marketplace. It applies to public listings, developer integrations, hosted review and payment sessions, developer accounts, and any content or software made available through Easyparser App Store.
2. Secure and lawful use
Do not use the App Store or an app integration to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, bypass authentication, abuse rate limits, collect credentials, or access data without authorization.
Do not misrepresent your identity, relationship to Easyparser or another party, app capabilities, pricing, data practices, security, moderation status, payment status, or the origin of an app or listing.
3. Listings and intellectual property
Do not publish copied software, copied listing content, unauthorized brands, misleading screenshots, false testimonials, deceptive links, or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable for a public marketplace.
Do not imply that another company endorses your app unless you have that company's permission. Keep app descriptions, plans, prices, documentation, and destination URLs accurate and current.
4. Data and privacy
Use personal data only for a legitimate, disclosed purpose and protect it with appropriate security measures. Do not use hosted review or payment sessions to collect unnecessary data, send unwanted communications, sell or disclose data without a lawful basis, or expose customer information.
5. Reviews and marketplace trust
Do not submit, purchase, reward, solicit, suppress, or coordinate fabricated reviews or ratings. Do not use multiple accounts or deceptive techniques to manipulate ratings, reviews, app visibility, or marketplace analytics.
6. Payments and payouts
Do not create fraudulent payment sessions, mislead customers about a charge, circumvent the hosted payment flow, use another party's payment credentials without authorization, or attempt to obtain payouts through false or incomplete information.
Keep required identity, recipient, tax, and bank-account details accurate. Do not use the payment service for prohibited goods, services, or transactions.
7. Enforcement
Easyparser may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including removing content, restricting an app, suspending access, delaying an integration or payout, preserving records, or reporting conduct where required. Enforcement action does not limit other rights or remedies available under applicable terms or law.
